Dive deep into mycology with the Mazatapec spore print, a fundamental tool for enthusiasts or professionals dedicated to taxonomy, microscopy, and fungal genetic preservation. At Smartshop Love, we provide access to the genetics of one of the most iconic and culturally significant Psilocybe cubensis varieties, presented in a stable format optimized for scientific observation: the spore print. The Mazatapec strain evokes the Mazatec indigenous people of Oaxaca, known worldwide for their profound knowledge and ceremonial use of psilocybin mushrooms. This product and the mushrooms grown from it are intended exclusively and strictly for mycological study, microscopic observation, taxonomic classification, and/or as a genetic collection item. Originating in the mountains of the Sierra Mazateca in Oaxaca, Mexico, the Mazatapec variety of Psilocybe cubensis is valued in the mycological community for its distinctive characteristics and robustness. Although the spores themselves do not reveal traits of the mature mushroom, mycological literature describes this strain as producing medium to large fruiting bodies with conical caps that flatten with maturity and a color ranging from caramel to golden brown. The stipe is generally robust and may show bluish hues when handled, indicative of psilocybin presence in the mature mushroom (absent in the spores).
The germination and cultivation of these spores should aim to study their properties in mycological research contexts. Neither spores nor resulting mushrooms are suitable for human consumption. Using the prints allows researchers and cultivators to acquire advanced skills as this is the first step in any cultivation process and allows studying all phases. Method: Mix spores with distilled water and fill syringes with the solution. Then, inoculate the liquid into a prepared substrate to start cultivation. A detailed manual is included to help growers obtain quality study samples.
In case of accidental ingestion of these mushrooms not intended for human consumption, moderate to strong effects with visual and introspective sensations may occur. Seek medical attention if necessary.
This product is sold exclusively for mycological, scientific, or collection purposes. These spores or the mushrooms germinated from them are not suitable for human consumption. Smartshop Love disclaims all responsibility for misuse or illegal use.
