Free shipping for mainland orders over €30. For orders below this amount, a fixed fee of €5 will apply, regardless of weight.
Other destinations
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
Cash on delivery shipments
In addition to the above costs, cash on delivery orders include a commission of 5% of the total purchase amount, with a minimum of €5, as a collection management fee charged by the transport company.

The order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. It is essential to check that the address is correct and complete and includes the postal code, as transport companies organize deliveries based on it.
Any costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the customer.
Delivery times
For mainland domestic orders, delivery is within 24 business hours for orders placed before 6:00 p.m. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. The service fulfillment rate exceeds 90%.
For the Balearic Islands, the average delivery time is 72 business hours.
Shipments to the rest of the Euro Zone are delivered within 5 business days.
For other destinations, it is recommended to contact the customer service team.
Delivery times may be affected in cases such as:
- Deliveries to remote or sparsely populated areas.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Strikes or incidents in the transport sector.
- Demand peaks during campaigns such as Christmas or Black Friday.
Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Shipment tracking
The customer will receive the tracking number and the transport company in charge of the order by email. With this information, the shipment status can be checked at any time.
Deliveries
It is recommended to provide an address where someone is likely to be available to receive the package.
Within national territory, two delivery attempts will be made. If both fail, the order will be available at the transport office closest to the indicated address. Customer service will provide the location and necessary information.
For international shipments, one delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be deposited at the nearest UPS Access Point, which can be located using the tracking number.
Delivery times are set by the transport company according to their routes. Smartshop Love communicates customer preferences, but compliance cannot be guaranteed.
Returns, cancellations, and warranty
Smartshop Love complies with Spanish consumer protection regulations, including the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (BOE-A-2014-3329).
Right of withdrawal and returns
The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal and return it, with a refund of the total purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs.
Notification must be made by email to the address indicated above. The product must be sent to the WEBSITE OWNER’s facilities within a maximum of 14 calendar days from such notification.
Return costs and method
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must arrive in perfect condition, including its original packaging. The customer must adequately protect the package to avoid damage and must not attach labels directly to the product box.
The refund will be issued once the product has been received and its condition verified, using the same payment method used for the purchase, except for cash on delivery payments and cryptocurrency payments. In these cases, the refund will be made by bank transfer, without reimbursing fees charged by third parties.
Some products may be exempt from returns or withdrawal as established in the BOE (due to their nature or perishable character). For any questions, the customer may contact customer service.
Warranty
Products purchased through the Website are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they have not been damaged due to improper use.
Warranty processing will be free of charge for the customer.
It is essential to properly protect the product before it is collected by the transport company; if the item is damaged during transport due to insufficient protection, the warranty may not be accepted.
Any damage detected during transport must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. Outside customer service hours, it is recommended to send an email with photographs showing the condition of the product.
If a product does not work, the support team will provide instructions to rule out usage errors. If the product arrives at the facilities and is found to be working correctly, transport costs may be charged to the customer.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or an incorrect item was sent, a replacement will be shipped immediately at no cost to the customer.
Gifts and promotions
As a courtesy, gifts are offered with purchases and occasional promotions are carried out with different brands, valid for a limited time and while supplies last. Promotional gifts are excluded from warranty coverage.
