Delivery address

All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. It is very important to check that the details are correct and complete (including the postal code), as courier companies rely on this information to organise deliveries.

Any additional costs arising from errors, omissions or incomplete address details will be borne by the customer.

Shipping rates

Mainland national shipping

For deliveries within the mainland, shipping will be free on orders over €30.

For orders below this amount, a flat rate of €5 will apply, regardless of the weight of the parcel.

Shipping to other destinations

For shipments outside the mainland, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order.

Cash on delivery orders

If you choose cash on delivery, a 5% fee will be added to the total order amount, with a minimum of €5. This fee corresponds to the payment handling service provided by the courier company.

This amount is additional to the shipping costs indicated above.

Delivery times

Mainland

We offer 24 business hour delivery for orders placed before 6:00 p.m. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Our service compliance rate exceeds 90%.

Balearic Islands

The average delivery time is approximately 72 business hours.

Rest of the European Union

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 5 business days.

For shipments to other areas or countries, we recommend contacting our customer service team for personalised information.

Please note that in certain situations, delivery times may be affected by external factors, such as:

  • Hard-to-reach areas or locations with low population density.
  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Strikes or incidents related to freight transport.
  • High workload during specific campaigns (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

Delays caused by these factors do not entitle the customer to financial compensation.

Order tracking

Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the assigned courier company, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Deliveries

We recommend always providing an address where someone is likely to be available to receive the package.

National deliveries

Up to two delivery attempts will be made. If both attempts fail, the package will be deposited at the courier company’s nearest office to the indicated address. Our customer service team will be able to provide you with the exact location and any additional details you may need.

International deliveries

For international shipments, only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be transferred to the UPS access point closest to the delivery address. You can check this information through your order tracking.

Delivery time slots are determined by the courier company according to their routes. At Smartshop Love, we can pass on your preferences, but we cannot guarantee they will always be met.

Exchanges

If you have received an incorrect, defective or transport-damaged product, it is important to notify our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving the order.

You can contact us by email (info@smartshoplove.com) or by phone at (+34) 693 59 42 06. We recommend attaching photographs that clearly show the condition of the product or the detected issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and validated, we will arrange the product exchange at no additional cost to you. In these cases, Smartshop Love will cover the collection and reshipping costs.

In order to process an exchange:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of use.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been handled, opened or are missing their original seal.

If the exchange is due to other reasons (for example, an incorrect product choice), shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns

In accordance with current legislation, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any additional costs charged by the store, including the original shipping costs.

To exercise this right, you must notify your decision by email to info@smartshoplove.com within the established period and send the product to our facilities within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal notification.

Return costs and procedure

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent back in perfect condition, including its original packaging. To avoid damage during transport, it is important to:

  • Not stick labels directly onto the product box.
  • Properly protect the package.

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible. In the case of cash on delivery or cryptocurrency payments, the refund will be made via bank transfer, excluding any fees that may have been applied by third parties.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal or return due to their nature (for example, perishable goods or other cases covered by regulations). If you have any doubts about whether your product can be returned, you can consult our customer service department.
